Dump Truck

The 108SD is ideal for severe environments that require exceptional maneuverability. For starters, it has a wheel cut up to 50 degrees, depending on wheel equipment. The 42” set back axle position provides efficient weight transfer to the front axle, and a shorter wheel base. And the 108SD can handle the dirt of any job site, with a side-of-hood air intake and a new air cleaner that holds 20% more dust. An optional pre-cleaner is available for the harshest environments.

Refuse

The 108SD offers the power and durability to pick up and haul refuse day after day. It features a wheel cut up to 50-degrees, depending on wheel equipment, which makes it easy to maneuver down narrow streets. The cab interior is spacious, with ample elbow and leg room. And we've built in plenty of ergonomic features for easier operation and to keep crews comfortable and productive on long days.

Utility

The 108SD provides outstanding maneuverability and durability, as well as mid-chassis packaging to accommodate outriggers, which makes it ideal for utility applications from tree trimmers to digger derricks. The 42” set back axle position provides efficient weight transfer to the front axle and a shorter wheel base. PTO packaging allows a cleaner installation behind the cab. And our SmartPlex^™ Electrical System offers a variety of customizable safety and convenience features.

Sewer Vacuum

Front engine, rear engine and transmission power take-off options allow hydraulic packaging to suit any specific sewer vac application. Smart packaging allows a cleaner body installation behind the cab. The 108SD also offers integral front frame extensions in either 6” or 24” lengths to accommodate a large diameter hose reel, making it the ideal choice for this application.
