About Freightliner Trucks
Freightliner Trucks is the largest division of Daimler Trucks North America and is one of the most recognizable and respected names in the trucking industry. Fleet managers and owner-operators alike associate Freightliner with efficient, dependable vehicles — business tools to be relied upon day in and day out under even the most punishing conditions.
Freightliner Trucks is committed to innovative technologies that help our customers run efficient businesses both on the road and at the job site. As fuel efficiency becomes a greater part of keeping costs down, our engineers have responded with natural gas and hybrid vehicles. The largest commercial vehicle full-scale wind tunnel at our headquarters in Portland, Oregon, allows us to design aerodynamic vehicles that deliver the power our customers (and their loads) demand, while reducing fuel consumption. Throughout our innovative processes, we maintain the reliability and durability our customers have counted on for years.
Our on-highway product lineup is led by the Freightliner Cascadia, a truck designed from the ground up to maximize efficiency — inside and out. The owner-operator preferred Coronado combines efficiency with traditional styling to create a bold truck that turns heads. Our product offerings also include a broad range of vocational trucks which are highly customizable to serve a variety of applications. The versatile Business Class M2 is well suited for local pick-up and delivery, towing and utility applications, while the rugged 108SD, 114SD and 122SD offer higher horsepower ratings with heavier suspensions and frames to handle construction, refuse and heavy-haul duties.
Freightliner Trucks’ commitment to support, is also unparalleled. With 24/7 customer support that includes one of the largest dealer and service networks in the industry, solid warranties and financing options that account for the intricacies of the transportation industry, Freightliner support extends well beyond its vehicles. Additionally, we provide the answers to our customer’s most frequently asked questions here.
